Take semi-hardwood cuttings taken during summer apply bottom heat.

Botanic information
Leaf: The glossy dark green leaves are elliptical to broad ovate with a leathery texture. The underside is dull green with prominentcreamy coloured veins. The apex is mucronate and the greenish petiole is short. The leaves tend to have a cordate base.

Flower: The flowers appear in the axis and are unisexual in dense inflorescences with the male and female enclosed in the fruit. The fruit is arranged in pairs and appears for late spring to early summer.

Fruit: The small pome is reddish when it is ripe and grows in pairs, in axils of leaves. Ther fruiting period may be irregular and the small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
