Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring and semi hardwood cuttings during late summer.
Botanic information
Leaf: The leathery dark green cordate leaves have an acute to obtuse apex and a short petiole.
Flower: The radiate flowers are arranged terminally and forms ovoid head without ray florets and are held above the foliage on a thick scape. They appear just above the foliage during midsummer.
Fruit: The small seeds have stiff bristles and are viable but the plant may be easily reproduced vegetatively.
