Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring and semi hardwood cuttings taken during summer. Apply bottom heat.

Aerial layering is carried out during the growing period.

This plant is not commonly cultivated and may be difficult to obtain requiring a specialist nursery.


Botanic information
Leaf: The sessile mid to dark green ovate leaves have a promise mid-rib on the upper surface and the new foliage is reddish. They are up to 30mm (1¥in) wide with an acute apex and the petiole is up to 5mm (?in) long.

Flower: The crateriform flower have 4-white petals with a purplish tinge and are arranged in an axillary raceme that appears from late winter to spring on the previous season`s growth before the leaves.

Fruit: The capsule is almost orbicular and has wings on all sides. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
