Propagation
Sow fresh seed during autumn in pots and place in a cold frame to germinate.
Divide the clump in autumn or spring.
Botanic information
Leaf: The mid-green leaves are lanceolate to obovate and the margin is serrate to entire. The apex is acuminate and the leaves tend to droop.
Flower: The small radiate bright yellow flower heads are arranged densely in a one-sided terminal nodding raceme during summer.
Fruit: The small cypsela (seed) are very viable and the plant self-sows readily but may be easily reproduced vegetatively.
