Propagation
Sow fresh seeds in situ during spring.

Divide established clumps (rhizome) during early spring while dormant.


Botanic information
Leaf: The small sessile dark green leaves are linear to narrow lanceolate with a tapering apex.

Flower: The small flowers have ray-florets that are white and the flower head is up to 15mm (½in) wide. They are arranged in a loose terminal corymb that is up to 100mm (4in) wide and are held above the foliage and appears from early summer to late summer.

Fruit: The small cypsela (seed) are viable and germinate readily but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
