Propagation
Sow fresh seed from autumn to spring in pots and place in a cold frame to establish.
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during spring.
Divide established clumps (rhizome) during spring.
Botanic information
Leaf: The silver-grey pinnate leaves are pinnatisect to 2-pinnatisect and have slender lobes that are curved.
Flower: The tiny yellow flower heads are up to 8mm (?in) wide and arranged in a terminal panicle that is up to 200mm (8in) tall. They appear during mid summer and are regarded as insignificant.
Fruit: The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
