Take off stoop cuttings of non-flowering shoots during spring and semi hardwood cuttings during summer.
Botanic information
Leaf: The variable leaf shape is normally narrow oblong with a very short petiole and prominent mid rib on the upper surface. The margin may be slightly toothed and the texture is leathery and dotted with oil glands.
Flower: The crateriform flower colour is from pink to mauve with 6 to 7 petals and 10-stamens with yellow anthers. The underside is brown and scaly and the flowers are arranged in a terminal umbel that appears from spring to early summer.
Fruit: The capsule is dehiscent and containing a single seed. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
