Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 10º to 13º C. (50º to 55º F).
Divide established clumps during spring.
Note:
Care should be taken as contact with the leaves may cause skin irritation.
Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green pinnate leaves have up to 12-lanceolate leaflets, that are pinnately lobed or serrated and is almost glabrous. The smaller stem leaves are arranged spirally and when crushed are strongly aromatic.
Flower: The flower head has yellow disc florets and small white ray florets forming a rounded head. These are arranged in a terminal corymb that ppears during early summer.
Fruit: The small seed is not commonly used and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.

The plant is harvested when in flower and the leaves may be used fresh or dried to produce liquid extracts or powders. The oil is distilled from fresh leaves.
The plant is harvested during summer when in flower and then dried for the use in extracts, lotions and tinctures.
