Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during spring and semi hardwood cuttings during summer.
Note:
This plant is not commonly cultivated and may be difficult to obtain requiring a specialist nursery.
Botanic information
Leaf: The mid-green leaves are lanceolate to oblong with an obtuse apex and a short petiole.
Flower: The fragrant blue to white tubulate flowers have expanded petals and are arranged solitary or in pairs in the leaf axils. They appear from late spring to early summer.
Fruit: The fleshy fruit is drupe-like capsule and the small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
