Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during spring and semi hardwood cuttings during summer.


Botanic information
Leaf: The ovate leaves have a soft texture and is pubescent with a glossy upper surface. It has a short petiole and an acute apex. They tends to be arranged decussate down the stem.

Flower: The narrow 2-lipped tubulate flowers are arranged in a terminal raceme and have yellow stamens. They appear from late spring to early summer.

Fruit: The small capsule is not commonly used and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
