Surface sow fresh seed during spring in flats and when germinated pot up into a deep pots.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green pinnate leaves are composed of up to 40 lanceolate to oblong leaflets that have a thin-leathery texture. The undulating margins may be serrate to entire.

Flower: The dioecious inflorescence appear in the centre of the leaf rosettes with the male and female cone-like structure reaching 180mm (7in) tall. they appear from late spring to early summer.

Fruit: The small nut is not commonly seen.
