Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 27º C. (66º to 81º F).
Take soft tip cuttings of non-flowering shoots during late spring to early summer.
Note:
If container grown apply liquid fertiliser monthly during the growing period and keep the soil warm in winter.
Botanic information
Leaf: The small mid-green ovate leaves have 3-lobes with acute apexe and a coarsely serrated margin. The petiole is short and pubescent.
Flower: The pink funnelform flower has 5-expanding petals and a central column with a reddish style. The flowers are arranged in an axillary panicle that appears during summer.
Fruit: The small capsule is not commonly used and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
