Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 18º to 21º C. (64º to 75º F).

Take semi-hardwood cuttings taken during summer apply bottom heat.

Botanic information
Leaf: The dull green leaves are ovate-obovate to orbicular with a palmately veined slightly pubescent upper surface. The underside is rusty tomentose and the base is obcordate.

Flower: The upright cyatheriform flowers have 5-petals that overlap and persist during fruit production turning rusty-brown colour. The flower colour is creamy-white to rosy-pink and the stigma has 5-reflexed parts. The flowers appear during spring.

Fruit: The small capsule fruit ripens to a rusty-brown colour. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
