Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 24º C. (66º to 77º F).
Take semi hardwood cuttings during summer apply bottom heat.
Botanic information
Leaf: The bright green ovate leaves have an acuminate apex and a short petiole. The upper surface is pubescent with prominentveins.
Flower: The small yellow funnelform flowers have 5-spreading lobes and accompanied by a large pendant obovate pinkish sepals. They are arranged in a terminal cyme that appears in midsummer and in sub-tropical climates they may appear throughout the year.
Fruit: The small green oval berries appear in clusters. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively in order to maintain true to type.
