Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 24º C. (66º to 77º F).
Note:
If plant parts are ingested it causes stomach upset and contact with the sap may cause skin irritation.
In sub tropical climates the plant may become a weed, appearing in all parts of the garden
Botanic information
Leaf: The palmately lobed leaves are almost orbicular with up to 15 narrow lobes that are again lobed into 5-larger simple lobes. The leaf underside and the long petiole are glaucous.
Flower: The small scarlet crateriform flowers have a centre a yellow centre and a reddish pedicel. They are arranged in a terminal cyme that may be accompanied with the fruit. They appear during summer.
Fruit: The small scarlet berry is arranged in clusters. Care should be taken as they are poisonous.
