Propagation
Sow fresh seeds from autumn and in cold climates place in a cold frame.
Take hardwood cuttings during early summer apply bottom heat.
Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green palmately lobed leaves may have 5 to 7 shallow or deep pointed lobes and the undersides may be pubescent.
Flower: The tiny creamy-white stellate flowers have prominentstamens and are arranged in a umbel-like terminal panicle that appears from late summer to autumn. They have ample nectar and are very bee attractive.
Fruit: The small blue-black berry is a feature of the plant. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
