Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during the warmer months of the year with adequate moisture available. Avoid mid summer or mid winter sowing.

Leaf: The mid-green long linear leaves are flat, glabrous or slightly pubescent and taper to an acuminate apex.

Flower: The tiny flowers are arranged in spikelets that are up to 30mm (1Ľin) long and are appear in a loose panicle that is up to 200mm (8in) long. The glumes are less than 1mm (?in) long and are persistent.They appear during spring.

Fruit: The tiny seed is viable and can be collected by vacuum harvesting. It is feed for grazing animals with 27% crud e protein.
