Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 27º C. (66º to 81º F).

Take soft tip or semi hardwood cuttings from summer to autumn.


Botanic information
Leaf: The spathulate to oblanceolate leaves have a notched obtuse apex and the texture is leathery. The leaves are covered in minute hairs.

Flower: The sessile terminal crateriform flowers have 5-bright yellow petals that are up to 15mm (1in) long and are notched at the apex. They appear solitary from autumn to spring.

Fruit: The follicle splits open expelling small globular red seeds. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
