Botanic information
Leaf: The leaves are narrow-lanceolate to linear and tend to fold upwards along the mid-rib. The apex is acuminate and the texture is fleshy.

Flower: The rotate flowers have 6-stamens with bearded filaments and a pedicle that is up to 15mm (3/4in) long. They are 2 to 3 flowers arranged in an axillary cluster and appear during early summer.

Fruit: The small capsule is not commonly seen and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
