Propagation
Divide established clumps (rhizome) after flowering or in late summer.
Note:
All plant parts if ingested may cause stomach upset and contact with the sap may cause skin irritation.
Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green palmate composed of 7 to 11 elliptical leaflets that have serrated or lobed margins.
Flower: The crateriform flowers are white to greenish and up to 4-flowers are arranged in nodding cyme that appears from late wintr to early spring.
Fruit: The small follicle produces seeds that are viable but the species often hybridise. To maintain continuity it is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
