Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during early spring.

Take cuttings during late summer and placed on a misting bench.


Botanic information
Leaf: The small dark green obovate leaves are sessile or have a short petiole. They are arranged oppositely to decussate.

Flower: The small white to pink crateriform flowers have 5-petals and 5-sepals and appear solitary or are arranged in pairs. The flowers appear from spring to late summer.

Fruit: The small woody capsule has 2 to 4 ovules attached to a basal placenta. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
