Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 18º to 21º C. (64º to 75º F).

Take cuttings during summer and placed on a misting bench.
Layering is carried out during summer.


Botanic information
Leaf: The glossy dark green imparipinnate leaves have 5 to 9 elliptical-ovate serrated leaflets. The apex is acute and the petiole is moderatly long.

Flower: The slender curved tubular red to orange flowers are arranged in a raceme that is up to 150 mm (6in) long and appears during summer.

Fruit: The small narrow capsule is oblong, green turning brown when mature. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
