Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 18ş to 21ş C. (64ş to 75ş F).

When planting out space the plants 25 cm (9in) apart.


Botanic information
Leaf: The mid-green leaves are elliptical to orbicular and the petiole clasps the stem.

Flower: The flower-heads appear on a long leafy scape during spring. They are pink fading to whitish incurved petals with yellow centre.

Fruit: The small seeds are glabrous with pappus-hairs up to 2 mm long.
