Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 19º to 27º C. (66º to 81º F).

Take cuttings during spring but may be difficult to form roots.


Botanic information
Leaf: The light green leaves are narrow lanceolate to linear with a short petiole and an acute apex.

Flower: The small white rotate flowers have a calyx tube that is slightly pubescent and appear solitary from late winter to early spring.

Fruit: The woody capsules have 3-compartments that open from the top and containing numerous seeds. The fruit and seeds are not retained on the plant (deciduous). The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.

General pruning information
This plant does not regenerate from a hard prune into old wood but respond from a light trim directly after flowering.
