Propagation
Sow fresh seeds during spring and maintain a temperature of 18ºC. (64ºF).
Take soft tip or semi hardwood cuttings during summer to autumn.
Botanic information
Leaf: The compound leaf is composed of two opposite oval to elliptical leaflets with an acuminate apex and a terminal leaflet, which is modified to form a tendril.
Flower: The lilac blue with purple streaked flower is an expanding funnelform to salverform shape with 2-lips and is arranged in a panicle on short pendent stem and appears during summer.
Fruit: The capsular fruit is prickly. The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
