Propagation
Take cuttings during summer and apply bottom heat.

Botanic information
Leaf: The leaves are oval to broad ovate and are glossy green on the upper surface and dull green below. They have an acuminate apex with a cordate base and along yellowish petiole.

Flower: The tiny crimson pistillate flowers are arranged in a pendulous spike that is up to 50cm (20in) long. They appear during summer and sporadically throughout the rest of the year.

Fruit: The small seed is not commonly seen and the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
