Take soft tip cuttings from summer to autumn.
Botanic information
Leaf: The narrow grey-green linear leaves have a pointed apex and are crowded along the stems.
Flower: The expanded camapnulate flowers have 4-lobed petals with a cream to red lobed calyx that is persistent on the bush. They appear solitary from early spring to summer.
Fruit: The 2 to 4-chambered hard and woody fruit is indehiscent, dry and drupaceous sometimes splitting at the apex. There are 1 to 3-hard-coated seeds per chamber and they are difficult to germinate. The plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
