Sow fresh seed in a well drained media that is kept moist during spring and maintain a temperature of 13º to 18ºC (55º-64ºF)
Take cuttings during summer apply bottom heat.
Botanic information
Leaf: The leaves are lanceolate to obovate glossy green above with prominent venation and obvious felty undersides. The apex is acuminate and the base cuneate, with a pubescent petiole that is up to 10mm (?in) long.
Flower: The small 5-petalled creamy-white crateriform flowers are arranged in a broad loose panicle that appears from autumn to early winter.
Fruit: The pome is yellow-orange and pear-shaped, with a large seed. The fruit will not set in cooler climates. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
