Propagation
Sow fresh seed in a well drained media that is kept moist during spring and maintain a temperature of 18º to 21º C. (64º to 75º F)
Plant out when frosts have passed.
Botanic information
Leaf: The mid-green palmate leaves have 5 to 7 lanceolate leaflets that are pubescent and have an entire to finely toothed margin. The petiole has spines at the base and some on the stems.
Flower: The 4-petalled white to pink flowers have prominent stamens and are arranged in a terminal raceme that appears from late spring to summer.
Fruit: The small seeds are viable but may not germinate true to type.
