Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings during summer or semi hardwood cuttings from late summer and autumn.
Botanic information
Leaf: The mid-green lanceolate leaves are arranged in a whorl in groups of 3 and the texture is crinkly (peach like). The leaves tend to fold upwards and are lemon scented when crushed.
Flower: The lilac flower are salverform to tubulate and are arranged in a slender panicle that appears from late summer to autumn.
Fruit: The fruit is a blackish drupe with 2 to 4 cells and the seed is not commonly seen and the plant is normally propagated vegetatively.
