Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 18º to 21º C. (64º to 75º F)

Take soft tip or semi hardwood cuttings during summer and autumn.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green imparipinnate leaves have leaflets that are broad ovate or they are pinnatifid with 3 to 9 lobes.

Flower: The violet stellate flowers have a yellow centre and are arranged in an axillary, pendent panicle that appears during summer.

Fruit: The small berry is scarlet to red and all plant parts if ingested may cause stomach upset. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
