Propagation
Sow fresh seed during autumn or spring and maintain a temperature of 16º to 21º C.

Divide established clumps (rhizome) during spring or autumn.

Note:
It is moderately deer resistant.


Botanic information
Leaf: The slightly pubescent leaves are linear to lanceolate and tend to arch outwards on a strong petiole. The upper surface is glossy dark green and the underside is pale green.

Flower: The flower has golden-yellow ray florets and brown disk florists. They appear above the foliage on a slender scape from early autumn to early winter.

Fruit: The seeds are small and numerous and are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
