Propagation
Sow fresh seed during autumn or spring and maintain a temperature of 18º to 21º C.
Take cuttings during late summer and placed on a misting bench.
Divide established clumps during spring.
Botanic information
Leaf: The hairy dark green leaves are oblong to ovate and are sessile or have a short petiole. The margins are deeply crenate and the apex is acute.
Flower: The slightly scented salverform flowers are arranged in a corymb-like panicle that appears from late summer to autumn. The colour range includes white, pink, red or yellow and normally has a white centre.
Fruit: The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively in order to maintain true to type.
