Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and pre-soak overnight.
This plant is difficult to transplant as it has a fine root system.


Botanic information
Leaf: The spreading pinnate leaves are composed of 3-segments that are up to 5mm (¥in)wide, each of which is lobed with an acuminate upward pointing apex.

Flower: The small yellow tubulate flowers are arranged in a terminal globular spike that is up to 50mm (2in)wide. It appears terminally during spring.

Fruit: The small acheneis spread by water or dispersed by gravity. The rounded woody cone is a distinguishing feature of the genus.
