Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 16º to 18º C. (61º to 64º F)

Take cuttings during summer apply bottom heat.

This plant is not commonly cultivated and may be difficult to obtain requiring a specialist nursery.


Botanic information
Leaf: The glossy green leathery textured oblanceolate leaves have variable margins that are serrated to entire. The underside is dull green and the apex is acute and the petiole is short.

Flower: The tiny creamy white 4-lobed flowers have short pedicle and are arranged in a cluster along the older stems in the leaf axils. They appear from winter to early spring.

Fruit: The small globular drupe is arranged in dense clusters and are green maturing to blue-black. They are produced profusely and dispersed by birds and gravity. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
