Propagation
This plant is not normally cultivated for ornamental purposes in Australia.
Sow seed during spring in a well-drained media and keep moist.

Note:
As a weed it is removed by hand using a small knife or poisoned with 1% glyphosate and requires follow up weeding.

Leaf: The small dull green leaves are reniform (sub-orbicular) and are divided into 5 or 7-lobes or it may be deeply palmatifid. Both the stem and the leaves are sparsely covered in minute stellate hairs.

Flower: The tiny red to orange crateriform flowers have 5-petals and appear on short pedicle above the foliage from spring to summer.

Fruit: The fruit is an orbicular schizocarp with a whorl of 20 carpels each containing 2-seeds. The seeds are dispersed by water and gravity.
