This plant is not normally cultivated for ornamental purposes.
Sow seed during spring in a well-drained moist media.
Botanic information
Leaf: The bright green imparipinnate leaves have ovate leaflets that are deeply dentate with an acuminate apex and the leaf is composed of 3-sets of 3-leaflets including the terminal one.
Flower: The small white flowers have 4-unequal petals and are arranged in an axillary corymb that has a pair of opposite tendrils. They appear from summer to autumn.
Fruit: The capsule has a membranous three-angled balloon-like shape, and is green turning fawn in colour. The released seeds are black with a wing and is dispersed by wind or water, still attached to the capsule. Seeds are viable for up to 18 months in the soil.
