Propagation
This plant is not normally cultivated for ornamental purposes.
In disturbed soils or after fire prolific germination will occur.
Sow seed during spring in most soils.


Botanic information
Leaf: The pinnate leaves have 3 to 5 dark green leaflets that are ovate to lanceolate. Simple leaves are sometimes found on the lower part of the plant.

Flower: The radiate flowers have numerous yellow disk florets and white ray florets that fall early and are not normally seen. The flowers can appear 3 to 4 times a year and start from spring and extend to early winter.

Fruit: The fruit is slender with barbed ends that are up to 5mm long and can produce 3000 to 6000 seeds per year. The seeds can remain dormant for a long period, 3 to 5 years and requires warmth for germination.
