Propagation
Sow fresh seed and scarify by soaking in warm water for 24 hours and or nicking seed coat. Maintain 13º to 18º C.
Take semi-hardwood cuttings during summer root quickly and care should be taken not to disturb the roots when potting up.
Botanic information
Leaf: The light green leaves are divided into 3-lobes that have an acuminate pungent apex. The upper surface is smooth and the underside is woolly.
Flower: The white flowers are narrow-tubulate and are arranged in a short dense cluster and appear from late winter to spring.
Fruit: The small follicle contains two winged seeds thatare viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
