Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring in a well-drained media.

Take semi-hardwood cuttings during summer and apply bottom heat.
Aerial layering is carried out during summer.


Botanic information
Leaf: The dark green palmate leaves have leathery elliptical to oblong leaflets with a larger terminal one. The apex is acute and the crenulate margins are undulating.

Flower: The pinkish funnelform flowers have a yellow to white centre and are arranged in a dense panicle that appears during spring.

Fruit: The long narrow bean-like capsule produces winged seeds that are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively.
