Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring and maintain a temperature of 16º to 18º C. (61º to 64º F).


Botanic information
Leaf: The mid-green trifoliate leaves are composed of 3-ovate leaflets that are up to 120mm (5in) long but may be reduced to a solitary simple leaf. The leaflets have a downy texture with the lighter coloured undersides with prominentveins.

Flower: The papillionate flowers has a coiled keel and wings that form a snail shell-like shape. They are arranged in upright axillary raceme that appears during summer.

Fruit: The cylindrical green pod flattens on maturity and becomes brown. It contains several seeds that are very viable.
