Botanic information
Leaf: The leaves are narrow-lanceolate to linear and when crushed have an aniseed scent. The apex is mucronate and the petiole is very short.
Flower: The white to deep pink stellateflowers appear solitary on short pedicles in the leaf axilsalong the stems during summer.
Fruit: The seeds are very small and the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
