Propagation
Take soft tip cuttings from spring to summer and place in a well-drained media.
Divide established clumps any time of the year.
Botanic information
Leaf: The oblong leavesare trough -shape with an acute apex and the base clasps the stem. The texture is fleshy-leathery and the colour is a rich violet purple.
Flower: The white to rosy purple rotate flowers have 3-broad petals with exserted stamens and appear solitary or are arranged in a umbel from late summer to autumn.
Fruit: The fruit is not commonly seen and the seeds are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
