Propagation
Sow fresh seed during spring in a well-drained media and keep moist.

Take soft-tip cuttings from spring to autumn and place in a warm humid environment.


Botanic information
Leaf: The leathery textured imparipinnate leaves have a long slender petiole and dark glossy green elliptical to ovate leaflets with an acuminate apex.

Flower: The salverform to funnelform flowers have 5-petals that are pale pink with deep pink centre and are arranged in a loose panicle towards the end of the branches. They appear from spring to summer.

Fruit: The woody capsule is green turning brown and opens along the centre, containing many seeds. The seeds are viable but the plant may be reproduced vegetatively in order to maintain true to type.
