Divide the clump during spring.

Take stem cuttings during the growing period.

Culture
Care must be taken as it is fast growing and may become invasive. If grown in areas with prolonged frosts place plants in a protective structure.


Botanic information
Leaf: The ovate to oval light green leaves are sessile and the margins are widely toothed.

Flower: The blue-white stellate (star-shaped) flowers have a short pedicle and are borne over a long period singularly in the leaf axils during summer.

Fruit: The small berry is fleshy and the small seeds are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
