Propagation
Take soft tip or semi hardwood cuttings during the growing period and placed in a warm and humid environment.
Botanic information
Leaf: The leathery dark glossy green ovate leaves have fine hair on the underside and have a short petiole that attaches to a reddish pubescent stem. The apex is acute and the margins areentire.
Flower: The large yellow rotate flowers have 5-obovate petals surrounding a cluster of dark yellow stamens and appear in the leaf axils during spring.
Fruit: The red seed appears in groups of 5 and are surrounded by 5-persistant sepals. The small seeds are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
