Botanic information
Leaf: The deep green sessile leaves are narrow-linear and clasp the stem spiraly. They are rigid with a white felted underside and appear terete-like.
Flower: The white-pinkdaisy-like flowers have paperyray floretsthat radiate from a central yellow discflorets. The flowers are pink in bud and the colour suffuses into the white ray florets as it opens. They are solitary appearing terminally on the stems during spring.
Fruit: The small seeds are viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
