Propagation
Sow ripe seed during spring in containers and placed them in a warm damp shaded position.


Botanic information
Leaf: The soft textured glossy green imparipinnate leaves turn scarlet during autumn and have 9 to 15 broad-elliptical leaflets that are up to 100mm (4in) long and are slightly drooping. The apex is acuminate and the leaf tends to folded upwards along the prominent mid rib. The underside is pale green.

Flower: The creamy white unisexual flowers are arranged in a panicle that is up to 60mm (2?in)long and appears during early summer.

Fruit: The berry-like drupe is waxy and globular hanging in bunches and persists on the tree. It is spread by birds or dispersed by gravity.
