Take soft tip cuttings from spring to summer and place in a protection environment until roots appear.
Botanic information
Leaf: The mid green sessile ovate leaves have an acuminateapex and are tinged with purple. The leaves tend to fold upwards along the mid rib and they are arranged in opposite pairs along the reddish stems.
Flower: The narrow tubulate flowers are orange-red and tipped with black or white and appearprofusely in the leaf axilsduring summer.
Fruit: The small papery capsule contains numerous seeds that are viable but the plant is normally reproduced vegetatively.
