Fresh seeds sown during early spring and maintain 21º C.
Take leaf and stem cuttings from spring to summer and place them in a very well drained media but keep moist.
Culture
In warm regions with low humidity, cold and frosty night`s cacti and succulents grow well outdoors. The more humid atmosphere will limit the number of successful species.
All of these plants require a very well drained soil andample sunlightto succeed. Once established these plants require minimal maintenance.
Botanic information
Leaf: The large fleshy leaves may have entire, lobed or wavy margins and are oblong, oval to broad elliptical. In some variations the leaves are pubescent and the colour ranges from grey to dark green.
Flower: The campanulate flowers may have recurved petals and the colour ranges from red-brown to yellowish-red. They are arranged in a pendant cyme that appears from late summer to autumn.
Fruit: The small follicle are star-shaped and producing tiny seeds thatare viable but the plant is commonly reproduced vegetatively.
